All returns must be authorised by us before sending back

  • Please include your customer order number, and which item you would like to exchange/refund

Shipping Policies

ISRAEL & WORLDWIDE Free shipping.

We provide premium delivery to your destination.(Fedex/DHL/UPS). Parcels ships via registered air mail with a tracking number. PLEASE NOTE – Most of our items are made-to-order, and take different times to produce. Please expect up to three weeks for production, in most cases your item will be ready sooner. Shipment from Israel may take up to 21 days, although it will usually arrive faster. Please contact us for express shipping options.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/ exchanges within 14 business days of receipt of your package upon approval by IGOR KISILYUK.

Refund and Exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • the items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • the items have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • You notify us for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receipt
  • the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided
  • the items are faulty (unless caused by you)
  • your items received are different to the goods you have ordered


Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not refund original shipping fees.

Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs only for items deemed faulty


We only refund to the credit card / Paypal account that was used to place the order.
